Mike Schon brings over 15 years of experience with technology firms in technical, sales, and
managerial roles. As a successful senior executive in both established and startup companies,
Mike has driven revenue, growth, and value to successfully achieve company acquisitions and fulfill
corporate exit strategies. Mike's educational background includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Science
in Electrical Engineering.
Brett Habermann
Vice President of Sales
Habermann has over 10 years of sales, business development, and management experience. He has been
recognized for his ability to grow and manage worldwide sales organizations and successfully lead
multifunctional teams. Before joining LeadLander, Habermann was one of the starting partners of QUODD
Financial Information Services, a real-time market data provider. Prior to QUODD, he was business
development manager for American Express' corporate services division.
Tara Himler
Vice President of Marketing
Tara Himler brings substantial senior management experience from various global corporations including
Colliers International, MarchFIRST, and Sony. Tara's expertise in marketing brings a sharp
competitive advantage to LeadLander's unique offering. Tara has a Bachelor of Fine Art with
concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Tennessee as well as extensive experience
in managing accounts in the advertising and internet professional services industries.
Jason Aaron
Vice President of Engineering
Jason Aaron's technical expertise has helped companies such as Chiron, Bayer, Nektar, and others
reduce costs through automated industrial programming controls. Jason adapted his technical
experience to develop commercial software applications and has led LeadLander from
inception through to production. Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Southern California (USC).
Melissa Mary
Vice President of Finance
Melissa Mary's career spans more than 15 years across various levels of
operations. Melissa's qualifications have prepared her well for her
senior executive role within LeadLander, and she has provided direction and stability for
the organization. Melissa continues to offer both creative and logical insight into company direction.
Melissa attended Louisiana State University and Tulane University.
